Referring to J2R

You can telephone or call in at J2R at any time Monday - Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.

Agencies can refer people to J2R by completing the Referral Form and faxing it to us. Please note on completion of this referral form the referrer will be provided with the outcome of attendance, we expect this has been discussed and granted by the client as part of the referral process.
